For this miracle we need: 400 g lean, lean pork; 2 tbsp butter; 2 cloves garlic; 400 g white grapes (preferably seedless); 2 tbsp oil; 1 tbsp soy sauce; 2 tbsp honey; zest 1 lemon; 2 tbsp peanut or other nuts; 2 bunches coriander; salt and white pepper.

Coarsely chop the coriander. And then mix all the ingredients. Voila!

Recipe salad “Mushroom glade”

This salad is very easy to prepare. Well, it looks very impressive: he belongs on the Christmas table! We will need: Bank of pickled mushrooms; 0.5 kg of ham or boiled chicken breast; 3 eggs; 3 potatoes; green onions; hard cheese, mayonnaise.
